LUJOBOX.com disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context). We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the local courts.
LUJOBOX.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. LUJOBOX.com shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.
Warranty and Liability
LUJOBOX.com does not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered to you is different than as described on the website, LUJOBOX.com is liable only to change the product. LUJOBOX.com is not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.

At LUJOBOX.com, we respect your privacy as much as you do. We do not share your personal information with others. This information is only used by LUJOBOX.com and its partners to ensure the fulfilment of the service requested by you. This includes informing you of promotional offers.
How our delivery process works?
● Bookings are received through various channels in our system.
● The product details are inspected and packed as per booking.
● The consignments are passed to our delivery partners as per their pick up schedule for the day.
● All our delivery partners work on automated platforms for ease of information.
● Our team shares the AWB details and also our delivery partners share the delivery status on the client’s number.
● Our team tracks and keeps the client’s informed about the delivery status at all stages.
● A feedback calls is done on all bookings between 2 – 7 days after delivery, for any further assistance and improvements.
● International Orders and Shipping – We do deliver at International Locations as well. The time of delivery varies from a week to a month. The delivery charges vary from Country to Country.
● Certain country has restriction of kind of products and quantity, which is not within our control, wherever possible we certainly deliver products.
How are items packed?
We package the products that you book in strong, bio-degradable and reusable boxes. The products are either wrapped in bubble wraps or are placed in hay stacks for cushioning in the box. These boxes goes in an outer casing, which in turn is wrapped in sturdy plastic bags. The multiple layers help is safety of the products.
Our packaging and the boxes are an addition treat for our clients who book with us, apart from our Products and Services.
Products are dispatched from our office every day, except on Sundays and National Holidays when our Delivery Partners do not come to collect consignment.

Can orders be shipped to multiple locations?
We get numerous Bulk Orders. It is a simple process for us. All we need from you are the names and the delivery locations and contact details.
Shipping charges applicable?
All pre-paid bookings we do not take any shipping charges.
For all COD bookings there is a nominal charge of INR 49 for shipping, this is also waived off. If the bookings are converted to Pre-paid.
International shipping charges -A flat rate of USD 35 per booking.
Which countries we, Ship Products outside India?
We ship Products to all locations, but in accordance to the laws of the Country. Any products which are permissible can be shipped. The duration of delivery of the products may vary between 7 – 30 Days approximately.
Returns and Refunds
LUJOBOX.com follows a transparent; no questions asked returns policy for all full-size products bought off the online store. You can return unused products (unopened & in original packaging) you have ordered by sending us an intimation within 2 days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer except in cases where the product is faulty. All shipping fees will be borne by the customer, along with INR 75 COD fees and INR 150 administrative fees. Used products cannot be returned.
● Special Instructions for The LUJOBOX Box – The monthly Beauty Boxes are curated by our experts and unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the products in the box in the event that you do not like it. In the event of a product being damaged in transit, we will replace it with another piece, provided the issue is communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery of the LUJOBOX.
● There no returns and no refunds available on the Beauty boxes since these are discovery boxes.
● Special Instructions for Perfumes & Fragrances – Products should not have been sprayed or used and should have the seal intact.
● Special Instructions for Cosmetics – Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.
How do I return unused goods?
To return unused goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the Return process. The process will depend on your location and the category of the goods you wish to return.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which LUJOBOX receives returned goods. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favor of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order. In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
At LUJOBOX.com, we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and come directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized supplier. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us, or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly and we shall be happy to address your concerns
