We offer a transparent; no questions asked returns policy for all full-size products bought on the online store. You can return unused products (unopened & in original packaging) you have ordered by sending us an intimation within 2 days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer except in cases where the product is faulty.

We start shipping on the 12th-14th of each month. When you subscribe to our subscription plan, it starts from the current month. The contents of the box will be revealed on our website & social media once the shipping has begun, which is 12th-14th of each month.
